Job summary

Wichard Groupe North America, located in North Kingstown, RI, is seeking a highly organized Customer Service professional to join our office-based sales team. You’ll handle inbound calls and order processing, support product inquiries, and ensure accurate quotes and timely updates.

The role requires sharp attention to detail, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with MS Office and Dynamics 365 ERP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with computer processing and accounting.
• Ability to multitask in a high paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Experience with a high-level ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and EDI programs a plus.
• Bi/multi-lingual desired (Spanish and/or French).
• Sailing or boating experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for inbound calls.
• Process sales orders from email, EDI, web customers and phone.
• Support customer facing teams with product support.
• Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, and warranties.
• Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships.
• Provide accurate information on product availability, ship date, and expected arrival dates from factories.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for communications with minimal supervision.
• Recommend improvements to company processes for efficiency.
