Job summary

Ariston Group in Providence, RI is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to work with Regional Sales Managers and manage key customer orders and inquiries. You will own the order review process, monitor production schedules, and provide timely updates via ERP systems to keep orders moving on time.

This role requires at least five years in customer service and two years in sales support, with strong MS Office skills and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years Customer Service experience.
• Minimum two years related Sales Support experience.
• Proficient with standard office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Language: English.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the Regional Sales Managers to understand sales plans and customers to increase proactive support levels.
• Own customer relationship regarding purchase order reviews, order status updates, and production schedules.
• Create and maintain open order reports and document changes in ERP system.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, same-business-day manner.
• Gather order updates and revised Purchase Orders to meet client needs.
• Develop improved business processes with cross-functional teams across brands.
• Provide product/order knowledge to protect operations and confidence with customers.
• Input data into ERP system and strive for error-free transactions.
• Search and run ERP reports to keep the sales team informed and orders moving within lead times.
