Global Enterprises is seeking a Customer Service Representative in El Paso, TX to act as the liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring accurate order processing and on-time deliveries. You will coordinate orders, quotations, and production needs while keeping data accurate in our systems.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with ERP/MRP systems, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing, customer service, or order management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite incl. Outlook and Excel.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, quotations, work orders, prototypes, and special projects.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries.
• Coordinate orders across production, logistics, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate order, pricing, shipping, and customer records.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to support customer requirements and special projects.
• Monitor customer service performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and help resolve issues related to products, processes, customer requirements, and quality systems.
• Comply with all safety, environmental, and quality management system requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
