Job summary

LeaderTech, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Customer Service Account Representative to interact with customers, respond to inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues across EMI shielding products.

You will support the sales team, enter orders into ERP, provide quotes, track delivery, and work with engineering and manufacturing to ensure timely fulfillment. A good phone/email communicator with attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable by management.

Responsibilities

• Confer with customers via email or phone to provide information and take orders.
• Support sales team by coordinating with Regional Manager and manufacturing representatives.
• Respond to quotes, provide price and delivery details.
• Enter orders into ERP system and coordinate with customers and team on delivery or exceptions.
• Review open orders and follow up on status.
• Identify missed opportunities by comparing requested parts with quotes.
• Assist with resolving customer complaints and escalate as needed.
