Job summary

TT Electronics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to assigned customers and manage orders through the production cycle. The role includes validating pricing, delivering delivery updates, and driving order fulfillment in a 100% onsite environment in Greater Cleveland (Perry), Ohio.

The candidate will review orders for completeness, enter them into the ERP system, and coordinate with program management to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world‑class customer experience to assigned accounts.
• Support program management in meeting customer requirements and responding to requests.
• Receive and review customer orders for completeness; enter sales orders into the ERP system.
• Maintain and update sales orders in the ERP system, incorporating customer‑driven changes in a timely manner.
• Review current and forecasted orders with the customer focused team; reconcile discrepancies and open issues with customers.
• Prepare and issue change orders based on program management direction.
