Job summary

Laminate Technologies, an employee-owned manufacturing company in Gallatin, TN, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage orders from entry through delivery and serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.

The role collaborates with Sales, Scheduling, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Accounting to ensure accurate order processing and on-time delivery. Candidates should reside within commuting distance of Gallatin, with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in customer service, order management, or related roles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers.
• Monitor inventory, production schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Communicate order status, delays, and customer concerns.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Research and resolve customer complaints and order discrepancies.
• Maintain customer records, pricing, and product information.
• Support quoting, samples, and customer requests.
• Track open orders and delivery performance.
• Provide backup support for other office functions as needed.
