Washington Mills is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to coordinate customer orders, billing, shipping, returns, and credits. You will liaise with plant, shipping and sales to manage orders, track inventory, and respond to inquiries.

Ideal candidates have ERP/CRM experience, excellent communication, and a calm, organized demeanor. The role is Monday–Friday, in-office, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience using an ERP system to enter and track orders.
• Strong communication and listening skills with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsabilités

• Enter orders into ERP system accurately.
• Communicate with production and sales to fill orders and maintain lines of communication.
• Pro-actively manage customer orders and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain contact with customers via phone and email, update order status.
• Process customer invoices and billing.
• Track and report on customer complaints.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with plant, shipping, production and sales teams.
