Job summary

North West Handling Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator at the Portland Branch to process orders for materials, warranties and rentals, and to coordinate with customers and sales staff daily.

You will input data into the billing portal and prepare Excel reports as needed. The role requires an associate degree or related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to read and present information clearly to customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Enters, processes, and fills orders for materials, internals, warranties, and rentals.
• Interacts with customers, management and sales staff daily by email, phone, and other forms.
• Prepares Excel spreadsheets as required.
