• Enter and change orders.
• Verify Group Purchasing Organization eligibility and creates LIC’s.
• Process and support orders received electronically and via e-mail.
• Utilize electronic specification tools and load orders into our eOrder portal.
• Communicate with customers via telephone or email to resolve questions, discrepancies, or incomplete order information.
• Report all incomplete orders into Salesforce for tracking and workload management.
• Support order accuracy and cycle time goals.
