Job summary

FPC Peachtree is seeking a Customer Service Manager to own the end-to-end customer relationship, ensure accurate and timely billing, and drive continuous improvement across service and inventory management.

You will lead and develop the CS Account Representatives and Shipping/Receiving Coordinators, serve as the primary contact for inquiries and renewals, and monitor daily service levels to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in customer service in logistics/warehouse
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with WMS (Korber/Infios) and Opendock is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Service Account Representatives and Shipping/Receiving Coordinators.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, quarterly business reviews, and agreement renewals.
• Monitor daily service levels and resolve customer requests accurately and promptly.
• Oversee financial activities including new account setup, customer billing, and cost controls.
• Track warehouse and customer activity data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
