Job summary

Broadridge is seeking an experienced Client Success Representative to join our Onboarding Team. You will become the primary contact for assigned clients, managing onboarding from start to finish and ensuring satisfaction with our platform.

You will train clients and collaborate to help them reach their goals, while gathering feedback to drive product improvements. The role emphasizes retention, upsell targets, and a high standard of service, requiring 2-3 years in customer service within a SaaS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of Customer Service experience, in a SaaS environment preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and quality of work
• Ability to learn software solutions quickly
• Salesforce
• Microsoft suite

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and provide prompt and efficient resolution to their inquiries and concerns, by phone, email, and video calls.
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients from start to finish and provide additional training as needed.
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating by providing exceptional service and delivering a quality onboarding and training experience.
• Collaborate with the customer to identify and implement strategies to achieve their goals and maximize the value they receive from our products.
• Continuously gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to drive product improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Establish yourself as an expert with a deep understanding of our platform and products.
• Deliver a superior client experience by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the onboarding process.
• Achieve and exceed assigned performance targets, including customer retention and upsell targets.
