SHI International Corp. is seeking a Customer Success Manager - Microsoft to onboard customers, guide their lifecycle, and drive retention and growth through strategic reviews and SME-level guidance.

You will analyze consumption data, manage service delivery workflows, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with customer objectives, ensuring a positive experience and long-term trust.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in a technical, business, or sales role.
• AZ-900 and AB-900 certifications completed within first 90 days in role.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Onboard customers and guide them through their lifecycle to ensure retention and growth.
• Function as SME for platforms, tools, or services relevant to the role.
• Plan and conduct Customer Success Reviews (CSRs) to review usage and feedback.
• Interpret consumption reports and provide insights for renewal strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to drive co-selling opportunities.
• Provide support and direction to project teams for successful delivery.
• Continuously learn about new product technologies relevant to the role.
