Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with modern Creativity workflows and tooling.
• The patience to mentor without taking over the keyboard.
• At least 8 years building expertise within the sales marketing space.
• Comfort steering sales marketing conversations toward a decision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and forecast monthly bookings.
• Translate customer insights into sharper campaign briefs.
• Run point on trade shows and pop-ups throughout TX.
• Turn cold sales marketing leads into signed deals across Tyler, TX.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals that meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
• Build the campaign calendar that keeps Tyler, TX pipeline full year-round.
