MotorK is seeking a Customer Success Manager for our Sales and Customer Success team in Paris. The role encompasses account management, onboarding, and client growth across Delivery, Sales, and Product teams.

You will own onboarding from contract signature to go-live, drive adoption, and manage cross-functional delivery while upselling where appropriate. Fluency in French and English is required; the role is hybrid with occasional field trips across the country.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in account management or customer success in a SaaS or digital product environment.
• Deep understanding of the B2B automotive dealer sector and web technologies (CMS, SEO concepts).
• Project management mindset bridging business requirements and technical delivery teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Native French speaker with fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Own the customer onboarding journey from contract signature to go-live and SLA alignment.
• Serve as primary reference point for clients throughout their lifecycle; manage cross-functional delivery.
• Drive adoption, prevent churn, and execute upselling and cross-selling to meet revenue goals.
• Provide ongoing digital marketing, lead generation, and lead management expertise using the DealerK Method.
• Track and report key account metrics (NPS, retention, time-to-go-live, product adoption).
