Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3-5 years in a Customer Success role or similar experience.
• Strong customer-facing and negotiation abilities; experience with project management is a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to develop actionable recommendations.
• Proven track record driving renewals and expansions in a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the customer relationship from onboarding through renewal.
• Build strategic relationships to become a trusted advisor within the customer organization.
• Manage onboarding and services projects with the service delivery team.
• Adhere to HuLoop's implementation and customer success methodologies.
• Track and resolve roadblocks, coordinating internal and customer teams to stay on schedule.
• Provide regular progress reports and feedback to improve templates and processes.
