Our Department: Transportation & Logistics

Our CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGEMENT team is the long-term partner of our biggest customers and has the mission to accelerate ramp-up of customers activities, identify additional value of using our solution for the customer, ensure customer satisfaction and work with customers in risk to ensure their retention. In this team you would work with all our departments from software development, through consulting, project management, finance till customer care.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain strong relationships with your customer portfolio

Consult customers as a trusted advisor in product usage, adoption and expansion of their system, change requests, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of solutions

Monitor product usage and adoption rates during ramp-up phase

Lead quarterly business reviews with your customers

Support Sales and Professional Services in onboarding new customers

Be a strong voice for the customer and act as the customer's ambassador into Trimble

Improve customer experience and satisfaction

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, Project Management or similar area within logistic company

Demonstrated ability to drive customer adoption and lead cross-functional initiatives

Collaborative problem solver who takes ownership of issues and drives to resolution

Ability to analyze data and convey actionable insights to executives

Willing and able to travel up to 30% of working time
