    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
    - Drive continuous value for a portfolio of accounts throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle
    - Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with customers and driving ongoing engagement
    - Onboard strategic customers, maximizing value and identifying opportunities for increased usage
    - Monitor customer health and provide proactive education to enhance product utilization
    - Advocate for customers, providing insights and updates to internal teams regarding customer needs and opportunities

    What is Required (Qualifications):
    - 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or pre-sales product activation with enterprise organizations
    - Proven track record of driving customer success and aligning complex solutions at executive and departmental levels
    - Highly organized with the ability to manage documentation and new processes effectively
    - Experience in owning growth and revenue for a book of business, including the renewal process
    - Understanding of cyber risk management frameworks

    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    - Experience with customer success tools such as ChurnZero or GainSight
    - Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
    - Knowledge of technical cybersecurity compliance standards such as NIST, PCI, or ISO27001
    - Basic understanding of APIs and experience in project management
    - Proven experience navigating large enterprise relationships from implementation to value recognition
