    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
    - Drive continuous value for a portfolio of accounts throughout all stages of the customer lifecycle
    - Act as a trusted advisor, engaging regularly with relevant stakeholders to enhance customer relationships
    - Onboard strategic customers, maximizing their value and identifying opportunities for increased usage
    - Provide tailored resources and success plans to customers, including training sessions and regular check-ins
    - Monitor customer health and proactively educate to ensure effective utilization of UpGuard's services

    What is Required (Qualifications):
    - Minimum of 2+ years' experience in customer success, account management, or pre-sales product activation with enterprise organizations
    - Proven track record of driving customer success and aligning solutions at executive and department levels
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to document processes and update existing materials
    - Experience in managing growth and revenue for a book of business, including renewal processes
    - Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks

    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    - Familiarity with customer success tools such as ChurnZero or GainSight
    - Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce
    - Knowledge of technical cyber security compliance and certification activities (e.g., NIST, PCI, ISO27001)
    - Basic working knowledge of APIs and experience in project management
    - History of navigating large enterprise relationships from implementation to value recognition and expansion
