What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive continuous value for a portfolio of accounts throughout the customer lifecycle
- Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with stakeholders to foster customer relationships
- Onboard strategic customers, maximizing value and identifying opportunities for increased usage
- Monitor customer health and provide proactive education to ensure effective product utilization
- Develop strategic account plans that align customer goals with UpGuard’s offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or pre-sales product activation with enterprise organizations
- Proven track record of driving customer success and aligning complex solutions
- Highly organized with experience in maintaining customer relationships
- Understanding of cyber risk management or risk management frameworks
- High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Customer Success tools like ChurnZero or GainSight
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Understanding of technical cyber security compliance and certification activities (e.g., NIST, PCI, ISO27001)
- Experience in project management and navigating large enterprise relationships
- Basic knowledge of APIs
