What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the adoption of the vacation rental platform among a diverse client base, ensuring customers realize maximum value
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Serve as the primary contact for significant customer issues, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate support or solutions
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to help customers grow their businesses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts (100-200 customers) while meeting engagement activity expectations
- Demonstrated track record of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) performance
- Native-level English language proficiency; additional language proficiency is desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a talent for simplifying complex issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry is a plus
- Familiarity with customer success software and tools
- Strong presentation and webinar facilitation skills
- Background in sales or marketing would be advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
