Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year in warehouse, contract packaging or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail in data and numbers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as customer service liaison with scheduling and truck confirmations.
• Handle load tendering, entry, issues follow-up and resolution.
• Outreach to customers to drive additional business.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and timely reporting.
• Prepare pick tickets and Bills of Lading (BOL).
• Pull inventory from 3PL and ensure documentation is up to date.
