Job summary

ID Logistics US in Scranton is seeking a customer service focused professional to support shipping, receiving, and billing processes. You will collaborate with on-site management to handle inquiries, order processing, and product discrepancies while maintaining positive interpersonal relations with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include billing, invoicing, and resolving related issues, with a 2nd shift and a $20 base plus $1.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• 3 years verifiable customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding computer and data entry skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving within our system in partnership with Distribution Center Manager and Supervisors.
• Processing billing and invoicing with tight turnaround times and attention to detail.
• Resolve any issues with billing, invoicing, shipping and/or receiving with customers and internal management.
• Daily effective communication (email, phone, or in-person) with customers and internal team members and management.
• Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
• Follow up with corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and assist in enforcing them when necessary.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
