Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day customer service liaison with scheduling and truck confirmations.
• Handle load tendering, load entry, issues follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and timely reporting.
• Create pick tickets and Bills of Lading (BOLs) per customer direction.
• Pull inventory from 3PL and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Produce ad hoc reports and alert management to discrepancies.
