You will work with internal teams and external vendors to streamline transportation workflows, track shipments, and help resolve discrepancies, aiming for timely, cost-effective deliveries in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping/receiving, or supply chain coordination.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced distribution center, manufacturing, or 3PL environment preferred.
• Hands-on ERP/WMS experience; familiarity with TMS and freight software; knowledge of Hazmat and customs paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments with approved carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare shipping docs: BOLs, labels, and required paperwork.
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to internal teams and customers.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and carrier inquiries.
• Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to balance cost and transit time.
• Maintain shipping records and assist with freight invoices and claims.
