Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support Blending Business Sales Managers and customers. You will serve as the primary contact for orders, inquiries, and documentation, coordinating with production planning, inventory control, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure on-time, accurate fulfillment.

You will maintain orders, track shipments, and communicate updates clearly to customers while supporting continuous improvement in service levels and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in customer service, order management, logistics, or related field.
• Knowledge of handling customer inquiries, orders, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, order confirmations, revisions, and shipments.
• Maintain customer projections and inventory tracking worksheets.
• Coordinate samples, shipments, and related documentation (COAs/COCs).
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues.
