Job summary

Kinetics Noise Control is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the order management process and deliver exceptional service to customers, sales representatives, and internal teams.

You will accurately process orders, coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Scheduling, Manufacturing, and Accounting, and communicate order status, lead times, and inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service/order management or related roles.
• Manufacturing/engineering environment experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and order processing workflows.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, reps, distributors, and end users.
• Process and verify customer orders, ensuring completeness of PO and documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Scheduling, Manufacturing and Accounting to meet requirements.
• Provide timely order status, lead times, and updates to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare RMAs and assist with shipment tracking, freight claims, and destination changes.
