Safran in Sarasota, FL seeks a customer-focused operations professional to manage day-to-day interactions, review orders, and coordinate ERP entries for Tier 2 & 3 customers. The role emphasizes delivering timely information, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Successful candidates will excel in communication, data entry, and multitasking while collaborating with supply chain and program management to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years’ related experience in customer or sales.
• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Experience with data entry.
• Ability to adapt to various software programs.
• Flexibility and team orientation.
• MS Office skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer emails and calls; primary contact for day-to-day operations between SAFRAN and Tier 2 & 3 customers.
• Review orders for compliance with quality, import/export requirements.
• Enter sales orders into ERP or other support databases.
• Validate required parts in ERP based on technician inputs (MRO).
• Maintain archives per SAFRAN record retention policy and Quality Management System.
• Provide quotes and coordinate pricing, delivery, and contract terms with customers.
• Monitor on-time delivery and close sales/service orders in ERP.
• Collaborate with supply chain to assess delivery options.
• Coordinate refurbishment units and cannibalized unit exchanges (MRO).
• Update ERP for customer changes and ensure demand alignment.
• Manage customer portals for changes and updates; fulfill requirements.
• Provide timely recovery plans and maintain trust with customers.
• Oversee outbound/inbound logistics and subcontracted parts (MRO).
• Generate ASN in customer portal and assist QA with FAI.
