Sterling Specialty Chemicals, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage orders, pricing, invoicing and shipments while maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires accuracy in SAP data and close collaboration with sales and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate has an associates degree (bachelors preferred), strong Excel and MS Office skills, and experience in customer service or supply chain.

Qualifications

• Associates degree minimum; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, shipping/receiving, international trade or related supply chain roles preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized with strong time-management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer relationships and inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Process customer orders from start to finish (order entry, sourcing, changes).
• Administer pricing and terms of sale, coordinating with sales managers.
• Arrange shipments and coordinate with carriers; may involve export shipments.
• Process customer invoices, including debit and credit memos.
• Maintain customer master data in SAP.
• Handle other customer/commodity activities and special projects as required.
