Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Tennessee to own internal customer accounts and support production teams. You will communicate clearly with customers and production, process orders, and track status to meet deadlines.

This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving, with daily use of ERP systems EPICOR and EPICS, plus Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Be the main point of contact and own customer communication.
• Receive and process orders in ERP; review for accuracy.
• Release orders to production and manage schedule changes.
• Provide timely order status updates to customers.
• Generate purchase orders for external materials as needed.
• Identify issues and coordinate with scheduling to prevent delays.
• Operate EPICS and EPICOR ERP systems.
