Job summary

Adobe is seeking a customer-focused Learning Architect to guide Premium Learning Subscription Plus Private customers. You will lead learning needs analysis, develop role-based strategies, and recommend training plans aligned with customer goals and implementation milestones.

In this role, you will partner with Customer Success, Consulting, and Delivery teams to deliver impactful programs, drive adoption, and strengthen long-term relationships that support renewals and growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading customer-facing learning, enablement, or consulting programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, education, learning, or IT-related field.
• Ability to align learning strategies with customer objectives and business outcomes.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working across teams and managing multiple programs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted learning advisor to help customers build skills and drive adoption.
• Align learning plans with customer priorities, roles, and implementation goals.
• Assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and recommend targeted solutions.
• Design tailored learning strategies using training, certifications, workshops, and digital resources.
• Coordinate and deliver learning programs with success teams and partners.
• Use learning data to guide actions that improve adoption and outcomes.
• Contribute to customer reviews and planning discussions with insights.
• Build relationships to foster long-term customer engagement and renewal.
• Share feedback to improve learning experiences and programs.
