Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group seeks a Senior Customer Education Strategist to design and execute scalable onboarding curricula, product training, and certification programs that guide customers from first login to advanced workflows.

You will partner with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to evolve education programs with the product and lifecycle milestones. Build governance to deliver measurable outcomes and improve product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning & Development, Communications, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in customer education, enablement, instructional design, or training within a SaaS environment.
• Experience designing scalable education programs tied to the customer lifecycle and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable digital learning programs and onboarding curricula.
• Create and maintain an education content portfolio across formats (videos, docs, courses, walkthroughs).
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Support, Sales and Marketing to support launches and adoption.
• Define and track metrics for education impact (onboarding, activation, retention).
