Job summary

Antidote Health is seeking a Customer Success Training and Performance Specialist to design and deliver learning for members, brokers, providers, patients, and internal teams. You will support a fast-growing health plan environment with a focus on effective instructional design and measurable performance improvements.

The role coordinates end-to-end learning programs, collaborates with CS leadership, QA, and compliance, and translates complex healthcare policy into practical training experiences

Qualifications

• Three+ years in training, enablement, instructional design, or related learning role.
• Experience supporting a health plan, healthcare org, or regulated customer-facing environment.
• Facilitating instructor-led and virtual learning for adults.
• Developing curricula, facilitator materials, assessments, and digital content.
• Administering or publishing learning via a learning management system.
• Knowledge of ADDIE/SAM or similar instructional-design methodologies.
• Translate complex policy/operational info into clear performance expectations.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple learning projects with competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate new hire, cross-training, refresher, remediation, system, product, and process-change training.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, eLearning, simulations, job aids, and assessments.
• Apply adult-learning and instructional-design principles to select effective methods.
• Translate healthcare, insurance, regulatory, and operational info into practical learning experiences.
• Coordinate the new hire learning journey from orientation to certification.
• Provide nesting support and communicate learner progress to leadership.
• Maintain complete learning records per retention requirements.
• Deliver HIPAA, privacy, security, CMS, ACA training via approved content.
