Job summary

Podium in Utah is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead a growing team and drive a world-class customer experience. You will coach, scale processes, and ensure value delivery across a diverse customer portfolio.

This leadership role emphasizes radical candor, accountability, and building scalable workflows. You will partner with sales and cross-functional teams to develop talent, improve outcomes, and elevate Podium’s customer outcomes. Benefits and a strong HQ culture are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a post-sales role
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
• Proven ability to develop teams while hitting targets
• Experience in the HVAC / Home Services space
• Project management experience including completing data migrations between systems of record

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Podium's vision and values so your team lives them daily.
• Drive ownership and accountability for team outcomes with high-quality deliverables.
• Coach your team to align Podium’s solutions with customer needs and drive value.
• Hire, develop, and manage Podium Customer Success Managers.
• Develop and test new processes to improve team efficiency and performance.
• Assess scoping and planning of client projects and manage escalations.
• Provide radical candor and coaching for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and other orgs for alignment.
• Support ongoing org uplift and perform other duties as assigned.
