We are partnering with a fast-growing SaaS provider that supports K-12 districts. The platform helps modernize and streamline critical operational workflows, improving efficiency, compliance, and outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
They are hiring a Customer Success Manager (Scaled) to manage a large portfolio of accounts and drive long-term value through strategic partnership, data-driven insights, and scalable success models. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, systemic thinker who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, experimenting, iterating, and influencing change across complex organizations.
The Role
You will be responsible for owning the success, growth, and renewal of a portfolio of approximately 100 accounts. This is a scaled Customer Success role, meaning success is delivered through data, automation, playbooks, and strategic influence, rather than purely high-touch, reactive support.
You will partner with stakeholders across multiple levels to co-architect long-term success plans, identify opportunities for process improvement and expansion, and drive measurable outcomes through adoption and change management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a scaled portfolio (~100 accounts) with a data-driven approach
- Monitor account health and usage data to assess risk and opportunity
- Build and execute scalable customer success strategies, including automation and playbooks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to drive adoption and expansion
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at multiple levels
- Develop and maintain clear success plans and account narratives
- Use data and storytelling to demonstrate impact and outcomes
- Drive accountability, timelines, and outcomes through structured plans and proactive escalation
Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success, with at least 2 years in a scaled model
- Proven success managing and expanding a large portfolio (around 100 accounts)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated systemic thinking and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
- Experience working in high-growth or early-stage environments preferred
- Experience working with complex organizations is highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across multiple levels
- Comfortable with experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement
- US-based and located near an airport
