Job summary

Podium is seeking a Regional Customer Success Manager to own the health and success of a segment of automotive customers. You will develop strategies to boost engagement, delight customers, and mitigate churn while guiding them through Podium’s Interaction Management platform to achieve business goals.

You will be expected to travel 35-40% of the time, serving as the primary post-sales contact and driving renewals, product adoption, and value realization across your portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a customer-facing role in software/SaaS.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI technologies and applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with customers at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales contact for a diverse set of small business customers.
• Drive adoption and utilization of Podium products to meet business goals.
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within accounts.
• Lead renewal discussions to secure renewals and minimize churn.
• Regularly check in with customers to assess satisfaction and usage.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to relay customer feedback to product/engineering.
• Act as trusted advisor and advocate for customers within Podium.
