Podium in Lehi, Utah, is seeking an Associate Manager, Customer Success to lead a high-performing team serving Home Services customers. You will coach, scale processes, and drive customer outcomes while partnering across sales and CS to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, process design, and lifecycle management to improve lifetime value and ensure consistent delivery of results for a growing SMB customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying new processes to improve team performance.
• Ability to speak with customers at all levels, including executives.
• Demonstrated leadership across projects or experiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its impact on customer outcomes.
• Proven ability to drive value for customers at scale.
• Strong candor in feedback and coaching conversations.

Responsibilities

• Evangelize Podium's vision and ensure the team embodies values.
• Own team outcomes, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Coach CS Managers to align solutions with customer needs.
• Hire, develop, and manage Customer Success Managers.
• Develop new processes to boost efficiency and performance.
• Plan client projects, manage scope, and handle escalations.
• Provide candid feedback and coaching for improvement.
• Coordinate with Sales, CS, and other teams for alignment.
• Manage performance and help the organization uplevel.
