Job summary

Listo is seeking a Customer Success Lead to ensure clients realize value from day one, build lasting partnerships, and drive growth with enterprise and venue partners. You’ll be the trusted face for operations teams and C-suite stakeholders alike, aligning success with business outcomes.

You’ll own onboarding, monitor account health, identify upsell opportunities, collect feedback for the product team, and create documented playbooks to scale customer success across accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success or account management at B2B SaaS.
• Experience using AI tools to automate follow-ups.
• Proactive mindset anticipating client needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives.
• Fluent English, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience expanding revenue with existing customers.

Responsibilities
