Job summary

apexanalytix is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Intern in Greensboro, NC to support project coordination and supplier data tracking. You will collaborate with project and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution and on-time milestones.

You will gain hands-on experience in customer success and implementation within a fast-paced environment, working with experienced teammates to assist with contracts, data updates, and proactive vendor outreach while developing essential skills for

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related major.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities helpful for coordinating with multiple departments.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage data accurately for reporting and analysis.
Willingness to learn apex products/services and adapt to new concepts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate meetings with project and customer success managers to align objectives and milestones.
Update supplier API spreadsheets to maintain formal tracking.
Proactively reach out to vendors to facilitate communication and streamline procurement processes.
Review client contracts to ensure understanding of project requirements and compliance.
Assist with customer-success related projects and initiatives that elevate client experience.
