Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong SQL scripting ability to test data and identify variances.
• Familiarity with Linux command line and basic shell commands.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts and kubectl usage.
• Understanding of Data Warehousing (Star Schema) and ETL processes.
• Basic Python (Pandas) for scripting/data automation.
• Excellent attention to detail and a QA mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform Source-to-Target Validation between source systems and Data Warehouse.
• Conduct Regression Testing to ensure reports remain accurate after updates.
• Write SQL scripts to detect nulls, duplicates, or schema mismatches.
• Document data anomalies and collaborate with engineers to resolve root causes.
• Write complex SQL queries for ad-hoc data analysis.
• Navigate Linux servers and run validation scripts via the command line.
• Assist in monitoring data applications running on Kubernetes and collect logs.
• Maintain the Data Catalog and Business Glossary to reflect data reality.
• Build supplier n-tier maps to reveal upstream relationships.
