Golden West Packaging Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide inside sales support and manage accounts from inquiry through shipping. You will coordinate projects across departments to meet customer expectations and drive satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office within a fast-paced packaging environment. A daily Livermore commute is expected, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from conception through shipping with cross-functional teams.

• Manage orders from entry to scheduling, production, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
