Job summary

Golden West Packaging Group in Madera, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide inside sales support and account management for existing and new customers. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CS roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in corrugated manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and operations to coordinate projects from start to finish.
• Provide inside sales support and account management for existing and new customers.
• Interact with customers to address inquiries, requests and/or complaints promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales to mine opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage orders from entry to scheduling, production and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
