Job summary

Golden West Packaging Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide inside sales support and manage accounts from inquiry through shipping. You will coordinate projects across departments to meet customer expectations and drive satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office within a fast-paced packaging environment. A daily Livermore commute is expected, with competitive compensation and benefits.

This individual will coordinate projects from conception through shipping collaborating with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.What You’ll DoPartner with sales and operations to successfully coordinate projects from start to finish.
