Job summary

The position requires strong communication, CRM experience, and the ability to coordinate with accounting on credits, with onboarding travel to Arthur, Illinois for initial training.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills: prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Experience with CRM and online communication platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective customer service to internal and external customers using in-depth knowledge of C.H.I. products and programs.
• Communicate effectively with teammates in multiple departments.
• Provide timely and accurate information on incoming customer order status.
• Provide accurate information for product knowledge requests.
• Process or prepare customer quotes, orders, changes, and returns according to department policies and procedures.
• Organize and track paperwork tied to customer orders.
• Work closely with accounting to resolve disputed credit items.
• Provide timely feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
• Perform other reasonably related duties assigned by supervisors.
• Travel to C.H.I. Overhead Doors' headquarters in Arthur, Illinois for onboarding and training.
