You will engage with customers on calls and through written correspondence, assist with product selection and application, and coordinate requests such as pricing, expediting, billing, and credits.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and handle requests from customers.
• Interact with customers by phone and written correspondence in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist customers with product selection and application support.
• Coordinate service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credits and claims.
• Promote Graybar products and services on inbound calls.
