Formlabs in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Customer Support Representative to serve as the primary gateway for customers across email and phone channels. You will log cases, provide technical guidance, and help customers stay printing and productive with our 3D printing products.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and collaborative problem-solving with internal teams to continually improve the customer experience.

• 1+ years of customer service experience (contact center, field services) or hardware support experience.
• Strong written and verbal empathetic communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accept and work on customer cases through multiple channels, including email and phone conversations with customers.
• Respond within the published Service Level Agreements.
• Log all contacts in cases and provide technical support and customer education.
• Dispatch replacement parts, hardware, and software per business guidelines.
• Work with Services peers to relay customer feedback on software/hardware.
• Learn our products and print for yourself and our customers.

We believe that equity is a critical component of compensation at Formlabs, and we want our newest team members to understand the potential value of their equity compensation. Full time employees receive equity, in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
