Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, retail, e-commerce, or related fields.
• Ability to communicate confidently across phone, email and chat.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound follow-up calls to meet customer needs.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with product, pricing, availability, and order information.
• Manage customer orders from purchase through fulfillment, addressing questions, changes, delays, and issues.
• Troubleshoot concerns and collaborate with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and e-commerce teams to keep orders moving.
• Identify potential problems and communicate updates on orders, products, and customers to the team.
• Assist with preparing customer quotes and follow up to convert opportunities into sales.
• Support the e-commerce team with website, product, marketing and special projects to enhance customer experience.
• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of products, systems and processes to serve as a reliable resource for customers.
