Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college experience preferred.

• Industry knowledge: hardgoods, welding supplies, industrial gas, specialty gas, and medical gas.
• Hands-on experience in Specialty Gas/Hydrocarbon industries.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft applications and Lotus Notes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently and flexibly.

• Process sales orders and changes, confirm shipment/delivery dates, and handle cancellations
• Provide specialty gas/supplies sales and support to customers, Customer Solutions Specialists, and the outside sales team

• Verify customer credit status and complete paperwork for issuing credits or debits

What Makes You Great

• You have a high school diploma; college or equivalent experience preferred
• You posess a minimum of 2 – 4 years of customer service or in-store sales experience
• Prior industry experience with knowledge of company products such as hardgoods, welding supplies, industrial gas, specialty gas, and medical gas is required
• Hands-on experience in Specialty Gas/Hydrocarbon industries is required
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications and Lotus Notes are essential for this role
• You should posess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You should demonstrate the ability to work independently and be self-motivated and work flexible hours
