Responsibilities

• Visit customers independently and collaborate with sales personnel as necessary.
• Focus on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problems.
• Ensure ongoing accuracy of customer and product information.
• Perform inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone.
• Provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments, and resolving problems.
• Prepare analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow-up documentation to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the sales process.
• Solve a range of straightforward problems and deliver solutions in a timely manner; communicate clearly and follow up to close the loop on open customer needs.
