Responsibilities

• Visit customers independently and collaborate with sales personnel as necessary.
• Maintain customer relationships and address specific customer problems.
• Ensure ongoing accuracy of customer and product information.
• Perform inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone.
• Provide support for ongoing customers by answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments, and resolving problems.
• Prepare analyses, agendas, content, materials and follow-up documentation to assist sales teams in exploring client needs.
