You will support counter sales in the retail store and assist the Outside Sales team. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer service or inside/counter sales experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales is preferred.
• No DUI / DWI or alcohol-related convictions in the last 10 years.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service tasks: taking telephone orders, answering questions, resolving issues, and tracking orders.
• Assist customers with counter sales in-store.
• Perform warehouse duties including moving cylinders.
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs.
• Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations in store.
• Maintain customer records and pricing accuracy.
• Make outbound calls to retail and small customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations.
